No KB. Each TM rows 500m while
the other does 200m Farmer’s Carry.
Once each TM completes both movements=1 RD
If DB’s are put down on Farmer’s Carry do 5 x Burpees
10 RDS
100m Forward Run
100m Backward Run
Muscle Ups (Rings or bar)
5 x 3
Can work on transition on lower
rings w/ coach if unable to do MUs
