10 x Hang Snatch (135/95)
500m Row/400m Run (Either due to temp)
5 x 3 and increase weight each set
Push Press
Push Jerk
Do both mvmts 3 times
Run to big hill and do:
2 x Backwards sprints up hill
2x forward sprints
Run back to gym
