Back Squat
Strict Press
Deadlift
Only 3 attempts at each lift. Weight must increase after each successful lift. Weight may not be decreased after 1st attempt.
A failed attempt counts as an attempt. Warm up does not count towards reps. 20 min at each lift including warm up.
