Pre-WOD
5-4-3-2-1 Thruster
Start at 3/4 Body weight and increase
each set.

For Reps
12 Min ‘Death by Thruster’
If unable to complete the required work for
time continue with 3 thrusters every minute
until 12 minutes is up.
1 Min Rest
12 Min ‘Death by Burpee’
If unable to complete the required work for
time continue with 5 burpees every minute.

Post/Toning
1 mile run to 800m mark and back.
Must run big hill.
