(no more than 200m can be ran at one time)
100 x KB Swings (55/35)
150 x Burpees
Must complete movement before moving
to next movement (Chipper)

Strict Pull-Ups
Add L-Pull-Ups for greater intensity or weighted Pull-Ups
If you can not do strict Pull-Ups work on band Pull-Ups with minimal resistance
or hang with chin above bar and negatives.
