For Time
1 mile Run
*Every 400m, perform one of the following
a) 60 Pull-ups
b) 80 Push-ups
c) 100 Walking Lunges
d) 120 Air Squats
*All movements must be completed before
time is called
* All reps of movements must be completed before starting next 400m run. Cannot break each into sets (15/20/25/30)

Post WOD
10 rounds
100m Sprint
1:00 Rest
