3×50 double unders
*Each person must complete all 3 sets of each
movement before they can rotate to the next
exercise
EX: Partner #1 rows 500m/Partner #2 x50 DU
Repeat 3 Times, then Switch stations
*Then Partner #1 Performs 50 DU/Partner #2 Rows
amd repeat for 3 sets

Use an empty bar or llight weight to
perform 4 rounds of
10 SDHP
20 Front Rack Lunges
10 Push-ups
10 Pull-ups

Back Squat 5 x 5
Increase each set
