* 10 Rounds of 7 reps
*does NOT have to be all 7 reps @ once
*you do a rep, I do a rep. BUT BAR CANNOT
DROP just like true bear.
* If weights are different for each person,
Bar must still stay off ground like bear. Either
on back, front rack or hang position.
